3. Client Services & Master Services Agreement (MSA)

If you purchase services from Legacy Point International Inc., including but not limited to consulting, advisory, or other business-related services, your purchase is subject to a Master Services Agreement (MSA), which governs all terms related to payments, billing, dispute resolution, and other contractual obligations.

The MSA is provided directly to Clients upon engagement and is not publicly available.

By completing any purchase, including via Stripe, ACH, or signed contract, you agree to be bound by the MSA provided to you. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the MSA, the MSA shall prevail for all service-related transactions.

4. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchased services unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their financial institution for any charges made under this Agreement.

• Any billing dispute must be addressed directly with Legacy Point International Inc. within 30 days of the charge date.

• If a Client initiates a chargeback in violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to:

1. Recover the disputed amount plus any fees incurred through legal action or collections.

2. Terminate services immediately without refund.

3. Report the breach to credit bureaus or collections agencies, which may impact the Client’s credit rating.

5. Warranties & Disclaimer

INFORMATION ON THIS SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability
