These permissions allow LegacyPoint to:

• Email data is processed in real time. We may temporarily store metadata (e.g., message ID, timestamps) solely for synchronization.
• Any temporary storage of email content is encrypted and automatically purged after processing.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are securely encrypted and stored in compliance with industry standards.
• We retain data only as long as necessary to deliver the requested services or meet legal obligations.
User Control and Revocation
You may revoke LegacyPoint’s access to your account at any time:
• Google users: Google Account Permissions
• Microsoft users: Microsoft Account Permissions
Upon revocation or disconnection, all associated tokens and stored data will be permanently deleted from LegacyPoint systems within 30 days.
Compliance and Limited Use
LegacyPoint’s use of OAuth data strictly adheres to:
• Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• Microsoft Developer Agreement and Graph API Data Handling Standards.
LegacyPoint only uses data to support the authorized features described in this policy and never for unauthorized or secondary purposes.
